SANTA ESPERANZA is a coming-of-age story. It is a love letter to a time long forgotten, a heart-wrenching tale of love, loss, and finding oneself. It is inspired by the stories of my mother and her dozen siblings who grew up on these roads, spreading the magic of cinema and stories all across the country —  and now, this is how I carry on their tradition.
